The conference By the Book8, focused on “Publishing and the Changing World”, organised by the European Publishing Studies Association (EuroPub), was held this year at Arts and Humanities Faculty, University of Porto, in Portugal, on 21st and 22nd June. The conference promoted the exchange of knowledge and ideas between industry professionals, educators and scholars, approaching relevant issues to the contemporary book trade and to the publishing industry in general.
